thank u dear friends. :-)
hi sherin...thanks for the lovely comments on the blog. I am getting them to deliver the ingredients this afternoon and hopefully this sunday i shall make it. cant wait! will let you know how it goes. Everything sounds straight forward, except, making rice in microwave is something i have never done, so a bit apprehensive,
I make rice in microwave on a daily basis. They come out perfect. And that gives u time to prepare ur masala-part of the biriyani. I wouldn't recommend MWO for larger quantities of rice though, as it would then take hell of a lot of time. :-) Share ur experience once u've doen it dear. Can't wait. :-)
Keep up the good work dear, wish you more and more sucess..Congrats :)
